Learning & Development Specialist
Lead the development of the content from the Learning side, working with the greater Talent Development as Subject Matter Experts on developing our people. I created the visuals, scripted the content and co-facilitated the courses with my Manager, who reviewed my materials.
At Corus Entertainment I created E-Learning in both English and French, Virtual and In-person Instructor-Led Training and Learning paths. One of these learning paths was the Career Development Learning Series, which was comprised of 9 courses in 4 main categories: Know Yourself, Explore Possibilities, Get Focused and Make It Happen.
This series was designed in response to the engagement survey in which these resources and this learning was found to be a top priority for the development of Corus People.
