I-Think Learning Solutions

At i-Think, I led bilingual program design, implementation and professional learning grounded in Integrative Problem Solving and the Real-World Problem Solving Journey. I led the Grades 4–12 Well-Being Challenge Kit across 45 classrooms and 20 Ontario schools, developing educator resources, assessment tools and educational videos on growth mindset, conflict management, stress management, self-compassion and sustainable environmental practices. I also designed and delivered professional learning for educators, used evaluation data to improve programming, led French-language programming and translation, and supported strategic consultation through bilingual stakeholder research and causal modelling.
